How do I connect my Zoom account?

Log into your admin portal, navigate to Integrations, and click “Connect Zoom”. Aijency requires the meeting:write:meeting scope to create meetings on your behalf.

How do I connect my HubSpot portal?

In the admin portal, go to Integrations and click “Connect HubSpot”. Aijency will create contacts, log conversation notes, and create deals when a meeting is booked.

Why isn’t the calendar invite being sent to my prospect?

Ensure your Google Calendar integration is connected and that the prospect provided a valid email address during the conversation.

How do I disconnect an integration?

Go to Integrations in your admin portal and click “Disconnect” next to the relevant provider.

How do I install the widget on my website?

Add a single script tag to your website’s HTML, available in your admin portal under Widget Settings.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Email info@aijency.ai with your account details. We will action this within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
