Log into your admin portal, navigate to Integrations, and click “Connect Zoom”. Aijency requires the meeting:write:meeting scope to create meetings on your behalf.
In the admin portal, go to Integrations and ensure your Google account is connected. Then go to Agent Config and select Google Meet as your meeting provider. No additional OAuth scopes are required beyond the existing Google Calendar connection.
In the admin portal, go to Integrations and click “Connect Microsoft”. Aijency requires Calendars.ReadWrite and offline_access to read your availability and create calendar events. Once connected, select Microsoft Outlook as your calendar provider in Agent Config.
Connect your Microsoft account via Integrations (if not already connected), then select Microsoft Teams as your meeting provider in Agent Config. Aijency uses the OnlineMeetings.ReadWrite scope to create Teams meeting links automatically. The Teams join link will appear in both the calendar event location field and the event body.
In the admin portal, go to Integrations and click “Connect HubSpot”. Aijency will create contacts, log conversation notes, and create deals when a meeting is booked. A contact and note will also be created for qualified visitors who do not complete a booking.
Ensure your calendar integration is connected — either Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook — and that the prospect provided a valid email address during the conversation. Check the Integrations tab in your admin portal to confirm the connection status.
Go to Knowledge Base in your admin portal. You can add a URL (the page will be fetched and extracted automatically) or upload a file (PDF, DOCX, or TXT). Content is processed within approximately 5 minutes and then used to inform Aijent’s responses.
The Knowledge Base supports PDF, DOCX, and TXT file uploads, as well as public URLs. JavaScript-rendered pages are supported for URL extraction.
Go to Integrations in your admin portal and click “Disconnect” next to the relevant provider.
Add a single script tag to your website’s HTML, available in your admin portal under Widget Settings.
