Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the Aijency platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Aijency platform, including the AI agent widget, admin portal, API integrations, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Aijency (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By registering for an account, installing the Aijency widget, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

To use the Service as a Tenant (business customer), you must create an account and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and notifying us promptly of any unauthorised use at info@aijency.ai.
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to use the Service to collect personal information without appropriate notice and consent, attempt to reverse engineer the underlying AI models, transmit spam or malicious code, impersonate any person or entity, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Zoom, HubSpot, and Google. By connecting these integrations, you authorise Aijency to access and act on your accounts within the OAuth scopes you grant. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party platforms.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. As a Tenant, you act as the data controller for personal information collected via your deployed widget and are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices to visitors.
Aijency retains all rights in and to the Service. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited licence to process it as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may perform maintenance or modifications that temporarily affect availability, with reasonable notice where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aijency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@aijency.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
We will notify active Tenants of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
